High Quality Lifestyles is a small independent family run organisation that bases its services, and success, on relationships and the value base that we passionately embrace towards supporting people. We have been in operation since 1990, however didn't become established as a limited company until 1992. Since then we have endeavoured to provide the highest quality service possible and security of placement to people who have, more often than not, experienced a history of limited opportunity and exclusion.
We provide a range of high quality, specialist services to people with Learning Disabilities and/or Autistic Spectrum Conditions, who may at times present severely Challenging Behaviour. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide both Residential and Domiciliary care. This enables us to design and tailor provisions around the needs of the individual on a truly personalised basis. It could be a placement within a residential home, outreach support at someone's own home or some respite support for families and carers, it really is the needs of the individual shape our services!

Dave Finlay Wins Logo Competition
Earlier in the year the Senior Management Team put out a letter to all the services inviting people to submit an entry for a competition to design a company logo.

This awards scheme is staged and produced by Kent County Council and the KM Group to recognise and reward excellence in Kent's businesses.
We are delighted to announce that in our first year of entering HQL have made it through to the final six in the' Best Business in Adult Social Care' category!
HQL Welcomes Norway with Open Arms!
HQL have just played host to a group of Norwegian representatives who are engaged in the same field of work. The group consisted of people from all over the Norway working in a variety of settings and coming from a variety of backgrounds (Nurses, Behaviour Consultants, Psychologists etc).
